Residual Heat Utilization
Ecological and economical: Miele ovens turn off early and use residual heat to complete the cooking process. You can achieve even better energy efficiency by using the roast probe or by programming the cooking duration. The Miele oven switches off before the end of the program and makes use of residual heat to complete the cooking process.
Safety Functions
Your guardian angel: If you forget to switch off the appliance, the safety switch-off steps in for you. The appliance can be locked to prevent unintentional operation, for instance by children. A Miele Oven will also automatically switch off if the maximum operating time is exceeded. Should you forget to switch off the appliance, safety is guaranteed.
