Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. Returning a product can be stressful on customers, so we’re here to help you get it right the first time. Our talented product experts are available to help you select the right product for your needs and application. We encourage you to take advantage of our expertise before making your purchase.
If a return is necessary, your sales professional can assist in facilitating the return. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
Defective Products: Most of our appliances include a one-year manufacture's parts and labor warranty (See your product literature or speak with your sales consultant for more details.). If your appliance is defective upon arrival, notify our customer service department of the problem within 24 hours of receiving the appliance. Damaged Products: If at the time of delivery, it is determined that an appliance has concealed damage, you have the following options:
- Keep the appliance and receive a discount.
- Keep the appliance and have it repaired at no charge.
- Refuse the appliance, and have it replaced. The appliance must be returned immediately, it cannot be left on site while awaiting replacement.
General Return Policy: The following stipulations must be met to return any product:
- Special orders cannot be returned or cancelled.
- Product must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
- Installed products cannot be returned.
- All returns must occur within 14 days of customer receipt of any product.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancelling a Special Order will result in a 50% restock fee.
- Cancelling a delivery within 48 hours of your intended delivery date will result in an additional non-refundable delivery fee.
Clearance Policy:
- ALL SALES FINAL All clearance goods are sold on a “final sale” basis. Once the purchase is made, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted, except as outlined in the warranty section.
- DELIVERY TIMEFRAME Customers must take delivery within two weeks from the date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order, and the product will be made available for sale.
- SOLD AS-IS Clearance goods are sold in their current condition. Customers are responsible for inspecting the product thoroughly before completing the purchase.
- ONE-YEAR WARRANTY We provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Extended service contracts may be purchased. Ask us for details.
- INOPERABLE GOODS If a clearance product is deemed inoperable within the warranty period, credit in the amount originally paid for the appliance will be given. This credit can be used for the purchase of any other available product but does not qualify for a replacement with a new appliance.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY
Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS
Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.
SALES TAX
Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
