DELIVERY
Delivery is an integral process in the purchase of new appliances. Our professional team will schedule delivery with you, notify you in advance of arrival, ensure your appliances are well-protected and transported correctly, arrive safely, and install them properly and professionally. We will test to confirm proper operation and take care to clean up the area prior to departure. We are happy to answer basic function questions as well.
While some smaller items can be picked up at our showrooms, larger pieces are only available for pick up from our distribution center at 54A Meetinghouse Lane, Sagamore Beach, MA.
- 1-week advance notice of delivery date
- Afternoon prior notice of estimated two-hour delivery window
- Day of delivery advance notice of arrival
- Delivery to first and/or second floor (higher floor delivery is available for an additional charge, provided safe access)
- Removal and disposal of old, disconnected appliances – one-for-one removal*
- Removal and disposal of all product packaging and boxes
- Connection of electric ranges, washing machines, electric dryers, and freestanding refrigerators to existing fittings* (KAM offers professional installation services separately for all other appliances)
- Masonite sheets left under appliances to safeguard your floors from scratches and dents
We offer a single-rate option should you need multiple deliveries to your home. With one order, we will deliver up to five times to your residence for the same flat fee.
- Gas appliances are excluded from a hookup/install, the delivery team cannot connect/disconnect the gas or hard-wired appliances.
