At KAM Appliances, delivery is a crucial part of your appliance purchase. Our professional delivery team ensures your new appliances arrive safely, are properly installed, and ready for use. We deliver throughout Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Southeastern Massachusetts. From scheduling to setup, we make the process convenient, reliable, and stress-free.

What You Can Expect

• Scheduled delivery with one-week advance notice
• Advance notifications: afternoon prior for a two-hour window, plus day‑of updates
• Safe transport: appliances are carefully protected during transit
• Professional setup: appliances installed correctly and tested for proper operation
• Cleanup: all packaging removed and the area left tidy
• Basic guidance: our team can answer initial function questions

Special Delivery Services

• Multi-floor delivery: first and second-floor included; higher floors available for an additional fee with safe access
• Old appliance removal: one-for-one disposal of disconnected appliances
• Floor protection: Masonite sheets placed under appliances to prevent scratches or dents
• Electric connections included: electric ranges, washers, dryers, and freestanding refrigerators connected to existing fittings*

*Gas appliances and hard-wired units require separate professional installation services.

Pick-Up Options

• Smaller items: available for showroom pick-up
• Larger items: pick up only at our distribution center: 54A Meetinghouse Lane, Sagamore Beach, MA

Flexible Delivery Plans

• Single-rate delivery option: receive up to five deliveries for the same flat fee
