There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. The KAM Performance Guarantee, which begins on the date of delivery, guarantees that your product will perform as well as it did the first day you purchased it, or we will repair it at no charge to you. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it at no charge to you.

Plus, we give you 50% OF YOUR MONEY BACK if you never use it. That’s right, if you never need to use your Performance Warranty, KAM will provide a nonrefundable store credit valued at 50% of your extended warranty purchase price. All we ask you to do is call us within 90 days after the term of your extended warranty expires to request your unused Extended Warranty be converted into a 50% credit.

  • Damage caused by external actions (the extended warranty is intended to insure the normal operation of your appliance, if it is damaged by an external event the extended warranty does not apply)
  • Extended warranty expires if appliance is replaced by KAM within the term of the extended warranty
  • Service must be performed by a KAM authorized servicer
